For Health Plans & Payers

Prevention, honestly practiced.

AAI Health partners with health plans who believe in prevention, who want to help those who are injured, and who intend to be responsible with costs, in that order. Objective musculoskeletal measurement makes all three possible at once.

Our Position, Stated Plainly
Cutting costs should never mean cutting care.

There is a version of AI in this industry you already know: algorithms pointed at claims, tuned to deny. It has not gone unnoticed. A recent American Medical Association survey found that 62% of physicians believe payer use of AI is increasing denials for medically necessary care, and hospital associations are now formally asking that clinicians, not tools, remain in the loop on any denial.

We built the opposite instrument. Our AI is not pointed at the claim; it is pointed at the body. It does not decide what to pay for. It measures what is actually happening, hands that measurement to a licensed physician, and lets the physician decide. The savings arrive as a consequence of getting the medicine right, not as a consequence of getting the medicine avoided.

That distinction is not marketing. It is our regulatory posture, and it is why we can say the next sentence without flinching: some of your members need procedures, medications, or surgery, and we will tell you so.

Where the Money Actually Is

Fraud, waste and abuse, not necessary treatment.

The largest preventable cost in healthcare is not care. It’s care that was never indicated, never verified, and never measured.

Screen

Find risk before the claim

Objective screening across a population surfaces who is heading toward injury, while it’s still cheap and reversible.

Verify

Confirm what's real

Objective function data and consistency flags identify variances that cannot be medically explained, without accusing anyone of anything.

Validate

Prove the treatment worked

Every treated episode is re-measured. Pathways that don’t produce measurable improvement stop being paid for on faith.

The Buyer's Math
A single avoided surgery, which often costs hundreds of thousands of dollars all-in, before lost productivity, pays for hundreds of screens.
What Happens After the Screen

The screen scales infinitely. The care is real.

Screening reaches an entire population at once. When something is found, it doesn’t disappear into an app. Rather, it routes to a credentialed physician for diagnosis, and then into coordinated care through a national network of vetted providers.

That care is billed to the insurance the member already has and was already going to use. We are not asking you to fund a parallel system. We are asking you to stop paying for the wrong one.

  • Physician-made diagnosis — every flagged result reviewed by a credentialed MSK expert.
  • Vetted national network — real clinicians, chosen against a real standard.
  • Longitudinal proof — the next assessment shows whether it worked.
